Southbend PCHE75S/S-V Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/S-V ventless single half-size convection oven is 33 inches tall, and it features a single door with a viewing glass that allows product to be monitored as it cooks. Because the exterior is made of stainless steel, it’s durable, strong, and simple to clean. The porcelain enamel interior is great at retaining heat. The aluminized steel back provides an additional degree of strength. Inside the cavity are five plated racks that can be adjusted across the 11-position rack guide.
At the side of the Southbend PCHE75S/S-V half-size convection oven is a simple-to-use standard control panel that operates the temperature and timer settings. Users can adjust the time between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer can be set as high as 60 minutes. When maintenance is required, this control panel slides out; it operates the two-speed blower fan.
