Southbend PCHE75S/S-V Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/S-V is part of the Platinum series—an oven that utilizes high-efficiency elements to thoroughly cook a variety of products. Because the cavity is finished in durable porcelain enamel, it’s heat retentive and resistant to high temperatures. The exterior top, sides, and front are made of stainless steel, so this unit is resistant to dents, scratches, and other aesthetic damages. It features an individual door with a seeing window so users can monitor product as it cooks.
This Southbend PCHE75S/S-V half-size convection oven has a side-mounted control panel placed away from the heating elements for safe use. This features standard solid-state controls meant for adjusting temperature between 140 and 500 degrees; it can also be used to set the timer as high as 60 minutes. When service is required, this control panel simply slides out.
