Southbend PCHE75S/S Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/S single half-size oven has an overall height of 33 inches, as it comes standard with 4-inch-high legs. The unit’s front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, while the porcelain enamel interior retains heat well. The front features a heavy-duty door with a see-through window that opens 180 degrees for simple stocking. The 154/5-inch-wide compartment is suitable for holding five plated racks that can be adjusted across 11 positions.
The Southbend PCHE75S/S single half-size convection oven features an optional side-mounted control panel that's placed away from the heating elements for safe use and operation. This control panel has an adjustable range from 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it also lets users set a timer as high as 60 minutes. This control panel slides in and out for simple service as needed.
