Southbend PCHE15S/T-V Description
The Southbend PCHE15S/T-V double half-size convection oven is a stainless steel unit designed for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion in harsh kitchen environments. It measures 30 inches wide by 292/3 inches deep by 64 inches high, and it features a ventless design, which means the oven doesn’t have to be used under a hood and is flexible in installation.
This Southbend PCHE15S/T-V double half-size convection oven’s two interiors measure 154/5 inches wide by 213/10 inches deep by 20 inches high and come with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged to fit various pan configurations. The doors are fitted with windows for user visibility during the baking process; this visibility is further supported by interior oven lights.
