Southbend PCHE15S/T Description
The intuitive touch controls of the Southbend PCHE15S/T convection oven permit users to program precise temperatures and various features, including recipes, rack modes, and a forced cool down mode. This unit relies on a two-speed motorized fan to maintain a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit. For stability, this unit has four 6-inch legs made of stainless steel.
Chosen for its heat-retentive properties, each oven chamber of the Southbend PCHE15S/T double-deck convection oven is made of porcelain with an enamel finish. Each interior has coved corners for improved airflow and to prevent buildup of food debris. The unit's exterior is constructed of stainless steel which is resistant to corrosion, scratches, and dents. This smooth material is also easy to clean due to the absence of small crevices where bacteria could collect. To provide ample space for preparing food items, each oven deck is fitted with five plated oven racks.
