Southbend PCHE15S/S-V Description
The Southbend PCHE15S/S-V convection oven has two dependent doors on each of its two oven decks that permit efficient, one-handed opening. The double-deck design of this unit provides two oven chambers to prepare large batches of food items and its half-size configuration takes up minimal floor space. Made of stainless steel, this unit is resistant to corrosion, dents, and other abrasions. The interior of the unit is made of enameled porcelain to aid in heat retention, and it has coved corners to avoid buildup of food debris.
Each deck interior of the Southbend PCHE15S/S-V convection oven can hold five oven racks that can be adjusted along the 11 levels as needed to fit different pan configurations. Utilizing a two-speed fan motor in each oven, this unit can maintain temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the solid-state controls, users can program precise temperatures and various features, such as a 60-minute timer and a forced cool down mode.
