Southbend PCHE15S/S-V Description
Ideal for foodservice establishments with limited space, the Southbend PCHE15S/S-V half-size convection oven has a double-deck design that provides ample room for food items without taking up excess floor space. Made of stainless steel, this unit can withstand consistent use in a high-traffic environment. Each oven interior is made of porcelain with an enamel coating for its heat retentive properties. This unit has coved interior corners to prevent buildup of food debris to make cleaning a breeze.
Affixed to the front of each oven deck of the Southbend PCHE15S/S-V convection oven are two windowed doors with a dependent design to permit one-handed opening. Each oven interior can accommodate five oven racks that can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guides to fit a variety of food pan arrangements. Using the solid-state controls, operators can program temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit sits atop four 6-inch stainless steel legs to provide stability.
