Southbend PCHE15S/S Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCHE15S/S half-size convection oven features a double-deck design ideal for busy locations with limited space. Each cavity's function is manipulated via the manual controls, which consist of two knobs for temperature and timer settings and rocker switches for power, cool down, and interior lighting. This unit can reach temperatures from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Externally, the Southbend PCHE15S/S double-deck convection oven is built of stainless steel, while the interiors are made of enamel-coated porcelain. Each interior is fitted with five wire racks that can be adjusted among the 11 positions to accommodate various pan arrangements. The windowed doors work together with the interior lighting to provide a clear view of food as it cooks.
