Southbend PCG90S/TD Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCG90S/TD standard-depth convection oven features a touchscreen controller that holds various programmable recipes and can be used to set timers as needed. The unit can heat from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit dependent on the input settings, and for safety, the pilot is lit electronically. The control panel slides out to ease the maintenance and cleaning process.
Overall, the Southbend PCG90S/TD Platinum convection oven is made of stainless steel with an interior formed of enamel-coated porcelain; both materials are heat retentive and long lasting. The inside corners are coved to prevent debris buildup and promote even heating. Five wire racks are included and can be adjusted among the 11 positions to accommodate various pan arrangements. The unit stands on four triangular stainless steel legs.
