Constructed of stainless steel, the Southbend PCG90S/SD Platinum single full-size convection oven’s exterior is durable enough for use in high-volume locations. For quick and efficient cleaning after use, the oven’s cabinet is lined with enameled porcelain and features coved corners that limit debris buildup. This unit has two dependent glass doors and recessed lamps for visibility; these doors are fitted with a cool-to-touch handle to reduce burn risks. For variety in cooking needs, the oven’s five removable plated racks can adjust between 11 different positions.
Measuring 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high, the Southbend PCG90S/SD convection oven can be set between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the solid-state thermostatic controls. The oven’s temperature is maintained using high-efficiency inshot burners and a motorized two-speed fan. This unit sits on 26-inch triangular legs for stability.
