Southbend PCG90B/TD Description
The Southbend PCG90B/TD Platinum single full-size convection oven has a stainless steel exterior that's resistant to rust and corrosion. The unit’s porcelain interior has an enamel finish and coved corners to reduce the buildup of food debris. Featuring a 29-inch bakery depth, this oven holds full-sized pans side to side or front to back. With five plated racks in 11-position rack guides, operators can adjust the removable racks to hold products of varying size.
The Southbend PCG90B/TD convection oven is designed with a two-speed blower fan to direct and circulate the hot air emitted from its jet stream burners. The oven has high-temp lamps and glass windows to support visual monitoring of its interior, and to ensure straightforward servicing, this oven has a touchscreen control panel responsible for temperature, timer, and fan settings. Its digital controls come with programmed manual, recipe, and rack modes. This unit reaches temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit with a holding temperature range of 140 to 200 degrees.
