Southbend PCG70S/TD Description
Overall, the Southbend PCG70S/TD single full-size convection oven holds five plated racks that can be adjusted on the 11-positon guide. The guides are spaced 15/8 inches apart—great for holding products from pastries to thick meats. This internal cavity features a porcelain enamel construction and coved corners that are simple to clean. Its exterior is made of stainless steel—a durable, dent-resistant construction.
The Southbend PCG70S/TD single full-size convection oven has a side-mounted control panel that is touchscreen operated with the following modes: manual, recipe, or rack. It cooks between 150 and 500 degrees and holds between 140 and 200 degrees. When the time comes, this panel slides out 17 inches for simple maintenance.
