Southbend PCG70B/TI Description
The Southbend PCG70B/TI natural gas convection oven is a single-deck unit featuring a bakery depth that's ideal for use in bakeries as well as commercial kitchens. The oven is controlled using the touchscreen panel on the right of the doors. It can reach temperatures ranging from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and for user protection and efficiency, its doors retain heat by sealing shut.
The Southbend PCG70B/TI full size natural gas convection oven’s interior is porcelain with an enamel finish, which is heat retentive and easy to clean. It also features coved interior corners that prevent food debris from building up and creating a hazard. The independent doors have windows to enable visual monitoring; the full unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 571/2 inches high.
