The Southbend PCG70B/TD full-size liquid propane convection oven is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, and the single-deck oven sits on steel triangular legs. The entire unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 571/2 inches high. It can be controlled using the touchscreen panel to the left of the doors.
The doors on the Southbend PCG70B/TD Platinum convection oven are dependent for one-handed opening and equipped with a heavy-duty, stay-cool handle for user safety. The door’s windows and the interior recessed lighting enable visual monitoring during the baking process. The oven can reach temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and this unit has a porcelain interior with coved corners that ease cleaning.
