Its bakery depth enables it to support a variety of pan configurations for versatility in foods being prepared.
The interior of the Southbend PCG70B/SI bakery-depth liquid propane convection oven is 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. Its porcelain interior features an enamel coating, which is easy to clean and works to retain and distribute heat evenly.
