Southbend PCG180S/TI Description
Ideal for locations with high-volume and limited space, the Southbend PCG180S/TI Platinum convection oven features a one-section, double-deck design. It operates using touchscreen controllers, each mounted to the right side of the deck fronts. Here operators can manipulate the heat and timer settings. Two sets of independent doors provide access to the interior; the windowed door act with the interior lighting to provide a view of the food as it cooks.
Externally, the Southbend PCG180S/TI double-deck convection oven is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of porcelain with an enamel finish. These materials are durable and heat retentive. Operation of this unit requires under-hood placement with the use of a constant fan, and the unit is powered by liquid propane.
