Southbend PCG180S/TD Description
Designed to cook various recipes at one time, the Southbend PCG180S/TD Platinum convection oven has a double-deck design that remains compact for tight spaces. This unit operates using liquid propane, and operation of the cavities is done through touchscreen controls that manipulate each deck independently. Here operators can manipulate temperature setting from 140 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and set timers as needed.
Inside, the Southbend PCG180S/TD gas convection oven is made of enamel-coated porcelain—a heat-retentive material with an easy-to-clean surface. These spaces are fitted with five wire racks that can be adjusted among the 11 positions. Each deck has a set of dependent doors that open and close together and form a secure seal when fully closed.
