Southbend PCG180S/SD Description
The Southbend PCG180S/SD gas convection oven from the Platinum series features a durable stainless steel build with enamel-coated porcelain interiors. This design is ideal for locations needing to cook large amounts of food or various recipes at once in a small space. Each deck has its own set of solid-state controls, which consist of two knobs for temperature and timer settings and rocker switches for power, cool-down mode, interior lights, and interior lights. An additional control is provided to ignite the pilot light electronically.
Each of the Southbend PCG180S/SD double-deck convection oven's cavities is fitted with five wire racks that can be adjusted among 11 positions to accommodate various pan arrangements. The two sets of dependent doors overlap when closed for a secure seal, helping lock in the hot air. To enable air to circulate around the exterior of the cabinet and to enable it to breathe, the unit stands on four 6-inch legs.
