Southbend PCG180S/SD Description
Featuring a double-deck design, the Southbend PCG180S/SD Platinum convection oven is ideal for high-volume locations working with limited space. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and is fitted with windowed doors on each deck; these doors act dependently, meaning they open and close together for easy handling and to form a secure seal when closed.
Internally, each of the Southbend PCG180S/SD gas convection unit's cavities are made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and are coved in the corners to prevent debris buildup. These spaces are fitted with five adjustable wire shelves per deck, all of which are lit with recessed interior lighting. Affixed to front of each deck are a set of solid-state controls for controlling the temperature and timer settings.
