Southbend PCG180B/SI Description
The Southbend PCG180B/SI gas convection oven from the Platinum series is constructed of stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and longevity, while the interior is made of porcelain featuring an enamel finish that eases the cleaning process. The unit features two decks each with a 29-inch depth that accommodates various arrangements of full-size pans, and different foods can be prepared simultaneously to save time and space.
Affixed to each of the Southbend PCG180B/SI double-deck convection oven decks are a set of solid-state controls. Each consists of two knobs for temperature and 60-minute timer setting and a series of rocker switches for power, cool-down mode, interior lights, and pilot ignition. This unit uses LP gas to produce heat that's circulated throughout the cabinet via the two-speed fan.
