The Southbend PCG180B/SD Platinum convection oven is designed with a double deck for cooking various food types simultaneously; it features a 29-inch bakery depth that accommodates various arrangements of full-sized pans. Inside each section are five wire racks that can be adjusted among the 11-position rack guides. The interior space is made of enamel-coated porcelain for its heat retentive properties, while the exterior is made of stainless steel for durability and longevity.
Operation of the Southbend PCG180B/SD double-deck convection oven is done through the intuitive solid-state controls—each deck has its own set. Here operators can use the two knobs for temperature and timer settings and rocker switches for power, interior lighting, cool-down mode, and pilot light ignition. For stability and maneuverability, this unit stands of four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
