Southbend PCG140S/SI Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCG140S/SI full-size convection oven features a double-deck design and is constructed of stainless steel for resistance to rust and corrosion and enhanced durability. The oven is powered by liquid propane, and its two decks are controlled using separate manual controls for time and temperature. The full double oven measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 663/4 inches high.
This Southbend PCG140S/SI full-size convection oven’s two interiors each measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. Its porcelain interior features coved corners and is easy to clean. The five plated oven racks can be rearranged in each deck to accommodate various pan sizes, and for visual monitoring, the independent doors are fitted with a heavy-duty stay-cool handle and windows.
