Southbend PCG140B/SI Description
Featuring a 29-inch bakery depth, the Southbend PCG140B/SI Platinum convection oven is an ideal solution for high-volume locations with limited space. The large depth, combined with the double deck design, provides space for various arrangements of full-size pans and enables various recipes to be prepared at once. For convenience, each deck is equipped with five wire racks that can be adjusted amount the 11 positions as needed.
Each of the Southbend PCG140B/SI gas convection oven's decks is fitted with solid-state controls that manipulate the temperature, timers, cool-down mode, power, and interior lighting. The pilot light is also triggered via a rocker switch for safety and convenience. A set of independent doors provide access to either side of the deck without causing excessive hot air loss.
