Southbend PCG100S/TI Description
The Southbend PCG100S/TI Platinum gas convetion oven features a double-deck design ideal for busy locations with limited space. The unit measures 38 inches wide by 371/2 inches deep by 663/4 inches high. It operates via natural gas and features an electric starter for safe ignition. Each deck produces its own heat, which can be set on each deck's touchscreen controller. The unit can produce temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
The interior of the Southbend PCG100S/TI double-deck convection oven is made of enamel-coated porcelain for its heat retentive qualities and features coved corners for even heating and prevention of debris buildup. This space is fitted with five adjustable wire shelves per deck and is lit with recessed interior lighting. The unit's exterior is built of stainless steel for durability and longevity. Each deck has a set of independent doors with high-efficiency windows and stay-cool handles.
