Southbend PCG100S/TD Description
The Southbend PCG100S/TD Platinum convection oven operates using LP gas to create temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees. This range and the timer settings can be manipulated using the set of touchscreen controllers on each deck. The two-speed fan circulates the air throughout each cabinet and can be force-cooled on demand as needed. For safety, the pilot light is lit electronically.
The exterior of the Southbend PCG100S/TD double-deck convection oven is constructed of durable stainless steel, while its interiors are made of heat-retentive, enamel-coated porcelain. The corners in the interior are coved for easy cleaning and fitted with five shelves lit with recessed interior lights. A set of dependent doors—each with a high-efficiency window—is affixed to the front of each deck. These doors open and close together for easy, one-handed opening and create a tight seal when closed.
