Southbend PCE75S/TI-V Description
With a 211/2-inch depth, the Southbend PCE75S/TI-V convection oven can accommodate full-size pans, which is ideal for preparing large batches of food items. This unit has a ventless design that doesn't require a hood for operation and is made of stainless steel to resist rust, dents, and other abrasions. The oven interior is made of porcelain with coved corners and an enamel finish for heat retention. A two-speed motorized fan works to maintain a set temperature between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The interior of the Southbend PCE75S/TI-V convection oven has 11-position rack guides that can be used to adjust this unit’s five plated oven racks. To provide a clear view of the oven chamber, this unit has two windowed doors and interior lighting. These doors have an independent design that permits users to open each door individually, limiting heat loss. The touchscreen controls are located on the front-right side of the unit and can be used to program manual and recipe functions as well as a forced cool down mode.
