Southbend PCE75S/TI Description
The Southbend PCE75S/TI Platinum single full-size oven measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high—suitable for five plated racks that can be adjusted across the 11-position rack guide. The interior is finished in porcelain enamel, which is a heat-insulative material. The coved corners ensure simple cleaning after heavy use. The exterior is made of stainless steel at the front, sides, and top, so it’s corrosion resistant and durable. A two-piece independent door with a cool-to-touch handle reduces burn and scald hazards.
A simple-to-use touchscreen is side mounted to the Southbend PCE75S/TI convection oven’s body; this panel provides multiple options—manual, recipe, and rack—to streamline its operation. It runs between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and provides a holding range between 140 and 200 degrees when food is finished cooking. When maintenance or service is needed, this panel slides out 17 inches. Inside, two-speed blower fans circulate heat evenly inside the cavity to thoroughly prepare food.
