Southbend PCE75S/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE75S/TD-V Platinum single full-size convection oven has a fully ventless configuration that simplifies installation because it doesn't require a hood. This unit features a stainless steel construction at the front, top, sides, and rear jacket to slow corrosion and supplement strength. Because the interior is finished in porcelain enamel, it’s heat insulative, and the coved corners are simple to clean after heavy use.
This Southbend PCE75S/TD-V convection oven has a side-mounted touchscreen system. This touchscreen provides the following modes: recipe, rack, and manual for operation. It has an operable range between 150 and 500 degrees and a holding range between 140 and 200 degrees. The control panel slides out 17 inches for simple service and maintenance as needed.
