Southbend PCE75S/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE75S/TD-V single full-size convection oven with an internal width of 29 inches. This cavity is suitable for 11-position guide racks and 5-plated racks; these guide racks have 15/8-inch spacing. The interior has a porcelain enamel finish and features coved corners, so it’s heat retentive and simple to clean over time. This unit features two metal doors with energy-saving glass and a dual-seal closure to retain heat. 26-inch, heavy-duty, stainless steel triangular legs keep the unit upright.
The Southbend PCE75S/TD-V full-size convection is operated with its side-mounted control panel. Users can use this panel to adjust the temperature between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit; it has a separate holding range between 140 and 200 degrees. The convection oven’s digital display effectively communicates time and temperature so operators can track the unit’s operational conditions with ease. When service or maintenance is needed, this panel slides out 17 inches.
