Southbend PCE75S/TD Description
The standard-depth Southbend PCE75S/TD full-size convection oven has an interior that measures 29 inches wide. Inside, there are 11-position guide racks that organize five plated racks. The porcelain enamel finish is a great heat insulator, while the coved corners help ease cleaning. The unit’s top, sides, and jacket are made of stainless steel to slow corrosion and provide durability. It has a dependent door with energy-saving glass panels for heat keeping. So operators can view the products’ degree of doneness, it stays illuminated with LED lighting inside.
The touchscreen controls of the Southbend PCE75S/TD full-size convection oven are completely side mounted and away from the heating elements for safe use. There are three possible cooking modes: manual, recipe, and rack mode. It can be set between 150 and 500 degrees and boasts a holding range from 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s digital display constantly updates with the current time and temperature, and the panel slides out 17 inches for effective service and maintenance when needed.
