Southbend PCE75S/TD Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75S/TD single-deck convection oven features a touchscreen controller that can hold a variety of programmable recipes for versatility and timer settings for simultaneous cooking. The interior of the cabinet is made of porcelain for its heat-retentive qualities, and it is enameled for ease of cleaning. For convenience, five wire racks are included and can be adjusted to accommodate various pan arrangements.
The exterior of the Southbend PCE75S/TD electric convection oven is built of durable stainless steel to prolong the life of the unit and to help with heat distribution. Overall, the unit can produce temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the two-speed fan to circulate the hot air throughout the cavity. Two dependent doors that open and close together are affixed to the front of the unit; when closed, the doors form a secure seal.
