Southbend PCE75S/TD Description
Built to endure heavy use, the Southbend PCE75S/TD Platinum convection oven's constructed of stainless steel and features a bakery-depth design. The unit is operated via touchscreen controller, which can be programmed with various recipes and hold several timer settings. To provide a clear interior view, the doors are windowed and act dependently to provide a secure seal when closed.
The interior of the Southbend PCE75S/TD single-deck convection oven is made of enameled porcelain with coved corners; this material and design retains heat and works with the two-speed fan to spread heat evenly throughout the cabinet. Five adjustable wire racks are included in each cavity and are illuminated by the two recessed lights.
