Southbend PCE75B/TI-V Description
With a 29-inch bakery depth and 55-inch overall height, the Southbend PCE75B/TI-V Platinum single full-size convection oven has five racks and 11-position rack guides with 15/8-inch spacing. The oven’s body is constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel; the interior is made of enameled porcelain and features coved corners for simple cleaning. For efficiency in foodservice environments, this oven has independent doors with windows, a cool-to-touch handle, and high-temperature recessed lighting. This unit is ventless for versatile installation.
For user safety, the Southbend PCE75B/TI-V convection oven’s touchscreen control panel is side mounted and located away from the heating elements. Users can adjust temperature and timer settings with the control panel and choose between the manual, recipe, and rack oven cycles. The regulated temperature range can reach 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and has a holding range of 140 to 200 degrees.
