Southbend PCE75B/TI Description
Equipped with five plated racks in 11-position rack guides, the Southbend PCE75B/TI Platinum single full-size convection oven has a bakery depth of 29 inches. It can reach temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and has a holding temperature of 140 to 200 degrees. For easy operation, this unit features a side-mounted control panel that adjusts temperature, fan, and light settings. Its rear-placed elements produce heat inside the compartment while the two-speed motorized fan circulates airflow.
The Southbend PCE75B/TI convection oven is constructed of stainless steel for dent and corrosion resistance. Its enameled porcelain interior and coved corners ensure simple cleanup for staff. Food monitoring is enabled with the oven’s glass windows and interior lighting, reducing heat loss. This unit has independent doors that open individually. Overall, this unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 55 inches high.
