Southbend PCE75B/TI Description
The Southbend PCE75B/TI Platinum convection oven is a stainless steel unit designed to resist rust and corrosion for durability and a long service life. The single-deck oven sits on four stainless steel legs and measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 55 inches high. The oven uses a two-speed fan and forced cool-down mode to give users precise control over temperature.
The Southbend PCE75B/TI full size convection oven’s interior measures 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. It's lined with enamel-coated porcelain and features coved corners that are easy to keep clean. Its interior has eleven rack guides and five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed to accommodate pans and foods of various sizes and arrangements. The oven cavity is accessed via two independent doors fitted with stay-cool handles.
