Southbend PCE75B/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE75B/TD-V Platinum convection oven is a single-deck unit made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion for long-term use. It's 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 55 inches high and has a bakery depth for use in a bakery or commercial kitchen. The interior can be accessed using two dependent doors, which facilitate one-handed opening and close to form a secure seal.
The Southbend PCE75B/TD-V full-size convection oven’s interior is 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. It's lined with enameled porcelain which is easy to clean and works to retain heat for even and thorough cooking. The 11 rack guides provide space for the five oven racks to be rearranged as needed to accommodate different sized pans. The convection oven is equipped with a touch screen panel for easy operation and can reach temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
