Southbend PCE75B/TD-V Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75B/TD-V single-deck convection oven is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. Its full-size design and bakery depth make it an ideal addition to bakeries and commercial kitchens. The full unit measures 38 inches wide by 431/2 inches deep by 55 inches high and has a ventless design without a hood for use in any section of a kitchen.
The Southbend PCE75B/TD-V full-size convection oven’s interior measures 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. The interior can reach temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with a two-speed fan. The inside is lined with enameled porcelain to retain heat and provide a surface that can be easily cleaned. Its coved corners are designed for streamlined cleaning and its touchscreen controls are simple to understand.
