Southbend PCE75B/SI Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75B/SI single-deck convection oven features a durable stainless steel exterior outfitted with intuitive manual controls. Additionally, the interior space has a bakery depth of 29 inches that's made to accommodate various configurations of several full-sized pans; this space is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and has coved inside corners to prevent debris buildup.
Affixed to the front of the Southbend PCE75B/SI convection oven are the manual controls which enable manipulation of the heat and timer ranges as well as the power, lighting, and cool-down mode. Beside the controls are the two independent doors that open separately to provide access to either side of the cabinet without causing excess heat loss. This unit produces heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fareneheit.
