Southbend PCE75B/SD Description
Featuring a 29-inch bakery depth, the Southbend PCE75B/SD Platinum convection oven is designed to accommodate various arrangements of full-sized pans. Externally, it's constructed of stainless steel for durability, while the interior is made of porcelain with an enamel finish for heat retention. The inside corners are coved to prevent debris from building up and enable air to flow evenly though the cabinet. The unit can heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Operation of the Southbend PCE75B/SD single-deck convection oven is done through the solid-state controls that consist of knobs for manipulating heat production and the 60-minute timer; it also features rocker switches for power, lighting, and cool-down mode. The unit can produce hot air from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the two-speed fan to circulate the heat throughout the cabinet.
