Southbend PCE75B/SD Description
The Southbend PCE75B/SD Platinum convection oven features a bakery-depth design to accommodate various arrangements of full-sized pans. For convenience, the unit comes with five adjustable racks lit with recessed interior lighting. The interior is made of porcelain with an enamel finish and features coved corners for heat retention and smooth cleaning.
Externally, the Southbend PCE75B/SD bakery-depth convection oven is constructed of stainless steel for durability and longevity. Affixed to the front are two dependent doors designed to be opened and closed together; when the doors are closed, they create a secure seal to help with heat retention and quick recovery time. Heat manipulation and timer settings are done through the solid-state controls, which features switches for power, lighting, and cool-mode settings.
