Southbend PCE22S/TI Description
The double-deck design of the Southbend PCE22S/TI Platinum convection oven provides operators with a total of 10 oven racks capable of holding full-size pans. This size configuration is ideal for bakeries requiring large batches of pastries, bread, and other products. The oven racks can be adjusted to fit a variety of pan sizes, while the hold thermostat function can be used to keep food warm before serving. Each oven interior is made of porcelain enamel and has coved corners for easy cleaning. Each oven deck has two doors that open independently to lessen heat loss during operation, and each door is windowed to provide a view of oven contents.
The Southbend PCE22S/TI convection oven has a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion and abrasions such as scratches and dents. Each door has a stay-cool handle to permit safe operation. The unit's touchscreen controls—located on the front-right side of each oven deck—enables operators to program temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and can program a variety of hold and recipe functions. This unit has a forced cool down mode to rapidly lower oven temperatures.
