Southbend PCE22S/TD Description
The Southbend PCE22S/TD Platinum full-size convection oven features a double-deck configuration with five plated wire racks per oven that can be adjusted on 11-position rack guides spaced 15/8 inches apart. With a stainless steel exterior and enameled porcelain interior, this oven is durable for extensive use and simple to wipe clean. Along with this oven’s construction, its glass doors retain heat and save energy; both decks are illuminated with internal lighting for optimal visibility.
The Southbend PCE22S/TD convection oven has a touchscreen controller for a convenient temperature and time display and three cook modes: manual, recipe, and rack. These controls adjust the two blower fans and temperature settings. This oven can reach temperatures between 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with a holding temperature range of 140 to 200. For easy service, the control panel slides out 17 inches and is located away from the heating elements for user safety.
