Southbend PCE22S/TD Description
Featuring digital touchscreen controls, the Southbend PCE22S/TD Platinum convection oven can be programmed to hold various recipes and used to control timer settings. The controller is fitted to a slide-out panel that provides easy access to simplify maintenance, and the unit features a double deck that enables various foods to be cooked simultaneously.
For durability, the Southbend PCE22S/TD full-sized convection oven's exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interiors are constructed of enameled porcelain with coved corners. The materials used are designed to retain heat and simplify cleaning. The unit produces temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the two-speed motorized fans to evenly circulate the hot air throughout each deck. To help monitor food as it cooks, the dependent doors are windowed to provide a clear interior view.
