Southbend PCE22S/SI-V Description
Featuring a ventless design, the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V Platinum convection oven is ideal for placement anywhere in a kitchen or workspace. The unit has a double-deck design that allows various foods to be prepared simultaneously. Each deck has its own solid-state control panel that slides out when maintenance is needed.
Doors made with high-efficiency windows for monitoring food as it cooks are affixed to the front of each of the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V double-deck convection oven's cavities. These doors open independently for access to either side of the decks without causing excessive hot-air loss. The full exterior of the unit is built of durable stainless steel, while each deck interior is made of enameled porcelain for ideal heat retention.
