Southbend PCE22S/SI-V Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V full-size convection oven is designed for heavy use because it's made of stainless steel and features a double-deck design. The unit is ventless, enabling it to be placed anywhere within a kitchen or workspace. To provide access to either side of the space without causing excessive heat loss, tach deck is fitted with two independent doors.
Solid-state controls on each deck operate the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V double-deck convection oven's heat settings. Each section can produce hot air from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and uses two-speed fans to circulate the heat throughout the interior. Each control panel has a 60-minute timer and a forced cool-down mode. To help keep the unit from overheating, the cabinet stands on four 6-inch legs, enabling air to circulate around the unit rather than building up.
