Southbend PCE22S/SI-V Description
Ideal for high-volume locations, the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V Platinum convection oven features a double-deck, ventless design that enables installation flexibility. Each unit is fitted with independent doors to access each side of the cabinet without excessive heat loss; it also features intuitive manual controls individual to each unit. Overall, the units can produce temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
The exterior of the Southbend PCE22S/SI-V double-deck convection oven is constructed of stainless steel for longevity and durability, while the deck interiors are made of enameled porcelain for heat retention and simplified cleaning. Inside, each section is fitted with five wire shelves that are adjustable among the compartment's 11 positions. These spaces are illuminated with recessed lighting which, combined with the glass windows, provide a clear view of the food cooking inside each deck.
