Southbend PCE22S/SI Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE22S/SI electric convection oven's exterior is built of stainless steel for durability and longevity. The unit features two decks and can simultaneously cook a variety of food. Each section operates via solid-state controls that consist of switches for power, interior lights, and cool-down mode; it also sports knobs for timer and temperature settings. For access to either side of the cabinet, each deck is fitted with a set of independent doors. For monitoring food as it cooks, they also feature high-efficiency windows.
While the Southbend PCE22S/SI double-deck convection oven's exterior is built of durable stainless steel, the interiors are made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention. Inside each deck are five wire racks that can be adjusted among the 11 positions to accommodate various pan arrangements. The unit stands of four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
