Southbend PCE22S/SI Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE22S/SI electric convection oven features a double-deck design suited for high-volume locations. Each section is operated via solid-state controls, which manipulate the heat production from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and set the 60-miunte timers. Additional switches are provided for power, lighting, and forced cool-down mode. The two speed motorized fans circulate the hot air through their respective compartments.
For durability, the Southbend PCE22S/SI double-deck convection oven's exterior is constructed of stainless steel, while the interior is made of heat retentive porcelain with an enamel coating and coved interior corners. The two sets of independent doors provide access to select sections of each deck, preventing excessive heat loss. These doors are windowed and work in tandem with the interior lighting to provide a clear view of the food as it cooks inside.
