Southbend PCE22S/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE22S/SD-V Platinum convection oven is a dual unit, which is ideal for busy locations. Both decks feature manual knobs and rocker switches that manipulate the temperature and 60-minute timers. The oven can heat produce temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it circulates hot air throughout the unit through the use of a two-speed motorized fan.
Designed for durability and longevity, the Southbend PCE22S/SD-V double-deck convection oven is built of stainless steel with an enameled porcelain interior for durability and heat retention. Two dependent doors that open and close together to provide a secure seal are fitted to the front of the unit; they can be opened with one hand for convenience. The unit sits on four 6-inch legs.
