Southbend PCE22S/SD-V Description
Built to endure heavy use, the Southbend PCE22S/SD-V Platinum convection oven features a stainless steel construction and double-deck design. The unit operates using separate solid-state controls that consist of knobs for setting timers and temperature and switches for power, lighting, and the forced cool-down mode. A set of dependent doors that close to form a secure seal are affixed to each section; these can also be opened with a single hand.
The Southbend PCE22S/SD-V double-deck convection oven's interior is made of enameled porcelain with coved corners that prevent food debris and bacteria from becoming trapped in hard-to-reach crevices. These interior spaces are each fitted with five wire shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate various pan arrangements. For stability and air circulation, the unit stands of four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
